WSC & Referral Guide
QLS provides comprehensive support services statewide. We work in partnership with WSCs to ensure that individuals receive the high-quality, person-centered care they deserve.
APD Enrollment
QLS is currently enrolled in Florida's APD program. This enrollment allows us to provide services statewide under the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) oversight.

QLS provides services statewide across Florida. We are committed to serving individuals in every community, ensuring that dignity and independence are prioritized.
Qualifications
QLS is fully qualified to provide Personal Supports and Companion/Life Skills Development services. Our team meets all state-mandated requirements for safety and accountability.
Referral Process
WSCs can refer an individual to QLS by contacting our leadership team directly. We will review the referral and provide a formal response regarding enrollment and availability.
Provider Availability
We serve the entire state of Florida. Our team is available to meet with WSCs to discuss individualized service plans and ensure community inclusion for all individuals.
